Autohaus Polishing is committed to providing a safe environment and has made all necessary adjustments to fully comply with all OSHA and CDC guidance. Below you will find the steps we have taken to ensure your safety. All guidelines will be strictly enforced. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone not adhering to these rules. If you are sick, please call or send us a message and we will gladly reschedule your appointment for a future date.

CALL US UPON ARRIVAL
Please remain in your car and call or text us at 661-200-0710. We will come outside to greet you.
A mask must be worn prior to entry and for the entirety of your appointment.
Please follow social distancing guidelines.
In order to limit the amount of people within our customer lobby area, we do not allow guests or children during this time.
No walk-ins allowed at this time. Call or text us to schedule an appointment.
FOR YOUR SAFETY
Workstations, equipment, and our tools are cleaned and disinfected before and after every appointment.
All touch points are cleaned and sanitized frequently. Our staff washes their hands regularly.
All staff have a daily health check and are required to wear face protection and gloves.
As always, we continue to follow all CDC health and safety regulations.
BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT
At the time of booking your appointment, you will be required to provide your first and last name, and a mobile number. This is in order for us to send you confirmation and reminder texts and to process a deposit if applicable. Autohaus Polishing is a small local business, and we only have a limited number of appointments available. Having this in mind, our prepaid based booking is the fairest way to assure an appointment with us. This means, to secure your booking for any of our services, the full payment is needed. If you provide a cancellation notice at least 12 hours before the appointment, the payment will be refunded. In case of cancellation or a notice for rescheduling which is less than 12 hours, a Cancellation Fee will be charged as follows:
- $125.00 for engine bay detailing
- $125.00 for headlight polishing
- $250.00 for any interior or exterior detailing (including interior decontamination)
- $250.00 for any polishing or paint correction services
- $50.00 for all other missed appointments
CONFIRMING APPOINTMENTS, CANCELLING OR RESCHEDULING
Your appointments are reserved especially for you, and so we ask that you give us at least 12-hour notice when rescheduling or cancelling an appointment so that we can fill your spot. Please be courteous and respectful and call us promptly if you are unable to attend your appointment. As a courtesy, Autohaus Polishing will text you 24 hours prior to your appointment day and time to confirm your appointment. We ask that you reply back to our text message to confirm your appointment.
If at that time you need to cancel or reschedule, please call or message us at least 12 hours prior to your appointment time. If the appointment is not confirmed within a reasonable amount of time, we may send a courtesy reminder in a text at least 12 hours prior to your appointment time. In case we still cannot reach you, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment and/or book another client instead.
If you cancel with a late notice (<12 hours) or simply do not show up at all, this impacts on our business significantly and may cause inconveniences to many other clients that have been turned away because we were fully booked.
For your convenience, Autohaus Polishing allows text messaging and voicemail services 24 hours daily so that you can contact us at anytime or send us a message.
